Ian and Jarrod have been trusted colleagues for many years and share a common set of values rooted in integrity, commitment, and putting clients first.

Away from the spreadsheets and strategy sessions, Ian is an outdoor enthusiast who finds balance in the mountains—skiing, hiking, and spending time with his wife Lisa, their three children—Wyatt, Miller, and Winnie—and their spirited pup, Teddy Bear.
