As a veteran advisor, Jarrod offers leadership, insight, and a deep commitment to the individuals and families he serves. With more than three decades of wealth management experience, he provides sound judgment, continuity, and a demonstrated ability to advance client priorities.
Prior to founding TrekNorth Investment Management, Jarrod served as Managing Director and Co-Founder of First Avenue Wealth Partners of Raymond James in Cherry Creek, Colorado. He joined Raymond James in 2016 after 15 years with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC.
Jarrod is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Economics and earned an M.S. in Finance, Portfolio Management Track from the University of Denver. His educational and leadership background includes post-graduate studies at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and Colorado Outward Bound School.
He has attained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation and holds his Series 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 24, and 65 registrations, as well as his health, life, and variable insurance licenses.
Jarrod and his wife, Amy split time between Colorado and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Away from the office, Jarrod enjoys fishing, trail hiking, attending sporting events, and spending time in the UP of Michigan with his two black labradors in tow.
